It's been a while since I heard a sensual female hip hop artist. Besides my fellow few loves for Boog Brown, Lyrical Jones, Eternia, NittyScott MC and KizzyKrew just to name a few other hot artist out, MC Melodee brings a sound to the table that is quite original and unique. New upcoming female hip hop artist MCMelodee is making her way through the door and I must say she is HOTT!!! Fresh lyrics with dope beats mixed by cookin soul, Check out Melodee is a pretty D.O.P.E. mixtape. Expect to hear some dope collabs with a few other DOPE artist, Mac Miller and Smif and Wess, just to name a couple. YES!, I know i say the word DOPE about 10 times but I have no other words to explain the excitement I feel when I hear something as great as this. It's been a while since a female hip hop artist has put out something so lyrical. The first song that caught my attention was "Check Out Melodee", with rhymes over the mixed beat of Eric B & Rakim's melody. I knew she came from an era of great music with this record and the collab with Cookin Soul makes the entire mixtape a non stop play that I currently have on repeat. Open your minds and ears and give MC Melodee a listen. I promise you won't be disappointed. This is the next generation so jump on board or get left with the rest of the wack "rappers" (and I use that word loosely).
